They will also be responsible for tracking performance and developing strategies to improve recruitment processes.

- Ability to negotiate effectively and manage relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or ATS software
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field (Preferred)
- Experience in the skilled labor industry is a plus
