STAFFING - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/SALES MANAGER (Hybrid)
FUNCTION: Generate sales to contribute to the branch’s overall revenue, gross profit, and net profit.
REPORTS TO: Owner/Strategic-Partner and/or Branch Manager
WHAT IS THE BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB?
- Generate temporary service sales by developing new client relationships.
- Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales, gross margin, and profit targets.
- Foster relationships with new clients.
- Maintain relationships at the critical decision-maker level with high potential accounts.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but can be substituted for similar experience.
- H.S. Diploma or GED is required of all employees.
- One plus year experience in outside sales.
- Experience selling to all levels of staff at corporate clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills with Google Drive, MS Office and various other softwares.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Must be able to communicate English fluently in writing and verbally. Spanish is a PLUS!
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret procedures outlined in company policies.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively respond to questions or complaints from managers, clients, employees and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
- Basic math skills, including: addition, subtraction, division and percentages.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgement and discretion according to company policies and to ensure profitability.

Base Salary Range: $40-60K + BENEFITS + COMMISSION
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 Per Year
