Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Staffing Coordinator:
– Serve as a key player in our client's staffing system, utilizing analytical abilities to manage and interpret various data and instructions
– Build and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and other staff members to achieve departmental and corporate goals
– Ensure the privacy of each patient's protected health information (PHI)
– This is a 13-week contract position with a work schedule of 4×10-Hour (06:00 – 17:00)
– High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience is required
Required Skills for Staffing Coordinator:
– Minimum of 1 year experience in a Unit Secretary role or similar, with exposure to staffing and timekeeping practices
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook), Epic, and related information systems
– Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities
– Ability to interpret a variety of data and instructions, furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
