Job Title: Lead Staffing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Nursing Leadership to manage staffing needs and schedules.
- Process payroll and time data in compliance with labor contracts.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll checks in partnership with systems payroll.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in timekeeping and staffing records.
- Provide training and support to staff on timekeeping systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in payroll, staffing, or timekeeping.
- Proficient in Kronos and other timekeeping software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
