GENERAL SUMMARY
Assists the Staffing Specialist with coordination of short and long-term staffing and scheduling needs of all units within the CHCS Restoration Division.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Works with department leaders in developing and coordinating staffing schedules and on call schedules for medical and clinical personnel.
- Ensures adequate staffing of units and timeliness of employees.
- Manages daily staffing challenges with consideration of overtime usage.
- Works as a liaison to the HR Recruitment Team to assist department leaders with the requisition to hire process, interview coordination, and extension of offers ensuring key positions are filled with in a timely manner.
- Serves as a content expert on the CHCS scheduling and timekeeping system to manage staffing across the Restoration campus, including attendance and clocking reports, daily scheduling, and staffing correction and reconciliation.
- Assists in tracking data related to attendance and other scheduling needs.
- Provides consultation and assists in the development of an online scheduling system.
- Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM ENTRANCE QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalency and one (1) year of experience in staffing, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Licenses or Certifications
- None
Other Requirements
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage, be able to travel as needed, and be able to meet on a consistent basis the driving record requirements of the Company’s auto insurance carrier if you drive your vehicle during company business
- Must maintain required credentials and mandatory training requirements to ensure compliance with all State regulations and CHCS policies

- Must be able to meet the physical requirements to complete SAMA and CPR training including lifting up to 12 lbs. and supporting up to 55 lbs.; bending, stooping and getting on and off the floor without assistance.
- Must have adequate mobility that requires frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching (vertical and horizontal), using fingers, hands, feet, legs and torso in various care.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $31,200.00 - $37,440.00 Per Year
