**Job Description**
The Staffing Coordinator serves as a strategic partner to the culinary and event operation including producing weekly schedules, making staffing adjustments and communicating those adjustments. Provides administrative support around scheduling, completing reports, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned by the Office Manager or General Manager.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $18.00 to $20.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

**Job Responsibilities**
+ Serves as first point of contact for all matters related to staffing for culinary production and event operations
+ Provides guidance and direction to employees and managers, on issues related to staffing
+ Inputs weekly work schedule for culinary, concessions and premium. Ensures adequate coverage to meet the needs of the business.
+ Utilizes an event template, call list and call log to schedule staff to work prior to, during and after events
+ Tracks all attendance policy violations, maintains tracking of attendance points and generates appropriate communication to management
+ Schedules staff to work in ABI and aids in event check-in
+ Maintains phone and email logs of communication with employees and managers
+ Reports work related injuries and assists with assignment of modified duty
+ Completes daily, weekly, monthly and period end reports
+ Maintains proactive communication with all levels of staff and management
+ Upholds company professional appearance and attire standards
+ Escalates issues, as appropriate to management

**Qualifications**
? Prior administrative experience preferred
? The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
? Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
? Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
? Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms
