AllenComm is a leading industry staffing and placement agency in the learning and development industry. We service the needs of corporations and nonprofits for part and full-time staff in learning and development roles. We specialize in roles such as facilitators, instructional designers, specialists in different HR roles, LMS administrators, graphic and technical staff.
We are looking for a new team member with high potential that can wear many hats to support and grow our staffing division. Candidates must have skills and experience in understanding client needs for staff augmentation with the ability to locate and interview candidates. Position duties include but are not limited to preparing appropriate candidates, supporting their placement, and focusing on managing client account relationships. The manager position will also support the division processes and workflows and be part of a rapidly growing business within Allencomm. You will report directly to the General Manager and assume responsibility for converting leads into clients, define and optimize many of our processes. Recruit and secure top talent for open staffing requisitions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, human resources, or certificates in related field.
- 5 years prior experience with the following preferred:
- Learning & Development – understanding services & roles.
- Staffing industry
- B2B sales and account management
- Operations and client-facing roles
- Ability to learn and master new systems and processes quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

- · Sales and account management will include nurturing transactional opportunities, preparing presentations and client communications. Your people skills and understanding of L&D roles will be valued in this area as you grow into this role.
- · Operational responsibilities will include assisting or managing daily tasks to ensure the division's smooth functioning and assisting or managing systems and processes. Your ability to learn systems and attention to details are a definite plus here.
- · Recruiting and talent management is an essential part of this role. We place exceptional talent to work alongside our clients for L&D initiatives. You will be responsible for finding right-fit talent, interviewing and qualifying candidates, as well as onboarding. Your ability to leverage tools such as LinkedIn and your knowledge of the client requirements will help you accel at rapid placement goals.
