Overview
As an Associate Lead on the Staffing Operations Team, you will work closely within the organization to support operational results. You will be responsible for the tactical, day to day supervision of workload and volume of a team of temporary workers, focusing on providing work direction and removing roadblocks as necessary.
As a Staffing Operations team member, you ll ensure a seamless, candidate-friendly hiring process.
You ll be responsible for maintaining clear lines of communication and sharing best practices with team members. By providing great customer service and smoothly managing all the details, you ll contribute to the overall success of the Staffing Operations team.
This is a temporary assignment through a third-party Recruitment Agency/Staffing Partner. The Recruitment Agency/Staffing Partner will be your employer for the duration of the assignment and will be responsible for your pay, benefits, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day oversight and supervision of a team of dotted line Recruiting Coordinators who support multiple stakeholders (Candidates, Recruiters, Interviewers), ensuring consistent operational excellence.
- Create and sustain a positive team environment which serves to motivate a large, flexible workforce.
- Manage team metrics, load balancing, productivity benchmarks (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) across a team of dotted line reports.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in a professional setting.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in operations (preferably in Human Resources, consulting or related field).
- Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships with all levels of employees, temporary workers, and partners.
- Supervisory experience in a team setting.
- Solid understanding of operational processes and ability to provide tactical supervision.
- Strong communication, proactive collaboration with peers.
- Self-starter to leverage resources and materials to answer questions and share guidance.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience or proficiency in gSuite (Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs, etc)
