Minimum:

• Must be familiar with organizational technologies (i.e teletracking and be able to create patient assignments for the whole facility and run custom reports).
• Must be proficient with TEAM (i.e able to run custom reports i.e. sick calls staff low census and daily staffing schedule for the entire facility).
• Must have previous registration insurance medical office experience.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year experience as staffing coordinator and patient placement for the entire facility utilizing teletracking and TEAM.
• Must be a High School Graduate or equivalent
• Must be able to type 45 wpm.
