Job Summary
The Staffing Project Coordinator will coordinate and schedule resources, track hours and budget, review deliverables and maintain quality control for Staff Aug Services projects. This position interacts with internal and external resources as well as customers daily. This individual will work closely with Subcontractors, Sales, Customers and Project Delivery teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
- Assist in developing comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals. Coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
- Act as a liaison between customers and SHI, ensuring that requirements are fully understood and met. Manage client communications and provide updates on project progress.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify project resource needs and facilitate the allocation of appropriate personnel to meet project objectives.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and timelines. Ensure all necessary paperwork is filed and organized.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures to ensure projects stay within financial constraints. Provide financial reports and budget updates to senior management.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards. Coordinate with the quality assurance team to address any issues that arise.
- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Keep stakeholders informed of potential challenges and alterations needed to the project scope, timelines, or budgets.
- Regularly report on project status to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions. Ensure timely communication of any significant deviations from the project plan.
- Evaluate the outcomes of each project phase and the project to identify areas for improvement. Share insights with the team and incorporate learnings into future project plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required
- 3+ years working in customer-facing or customer support role
- 1+ years working in a billing/invoicing function
- Previous experience working for a recruiting/staffing agency preferred
- Previous experience working with Workday/VNDLY preferred
