Staffing Coordinator/Nursing Office Assistant

Full Time

Excellent opportunity to to provide key clerical support as part of the nursing administrative team focused on delivering balanced scheduling and timekeeping services and other key administrative support for the clinical leadership team and Staffing Manager while demonstrating a deep sense of caring and compassion for the clients and employees. This is a Full-Time position Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

We want to speak with individuals who have 2+ years administrative experience in a healthcare setting or similar fast-paced office role.

Must have proficiency of Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, Outlook and payroll/timekeeping software such as Kronos, ADP, Smartlinx or similar, along with prior experience in time and attendance and/or staffing and scheduling. Seeking those who have excellent communication skills, a sense of urgency, and able to organize and prioritize changing deadlines.
