QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High School Diploma orequivalent
Bachelor’s degree with a health science focusispreferred
Experience and Training:
1 to 3 years ofpreviousexperience in a professional office setting
Experience working with studentsat a college and/or university ispreferred
Experience working with standardized clients and/orhigh fidelitymanikinsisalso highly desirable and preference will be given to candidates with this training / experience
Knowledge, Skills, Ability:
Excellent verbal and written communication and computer skills
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others
Ability to workwith avarious group ofpeople
Excellent organization and time management skills
Proficient computer knowledge and experienced in Microsoft Officeapplications
Experience /proficiencywith Learning Space software and/orhigh fidelitymanikinsis highlypreferredand preference will be given to candidates with this training / experience
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Supports administrative tasks of the SC Program such aspreparingcase materials, developing schedules,filingand managing records,andsubmittingStandardized Client payment information.
Assists the Director in activities related to recruiting and trainingStandardized Clients
Prepares for Standardized Clientandhighfidelitymanikin simulationevents by performing tasks such as printing materials, setting upSC rooms, and preparing computer workstations.
HelpsfacilitateStandardized Client events in conjunction with the SC ProgramDirector and overseefloorandtimemanagement.
Utilizes Learning Spaceand/or other software to conduct all Standardized Client and SOPassessments
AssistsinpreparingStandardized Client Program assessment data and reports as requested by the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs
Utilizes Microsoft Office applications and other software to carry out jobresponsibilities
Abides by University and School of Pharmacypolicies
Undertakes other duties and responsibilities as assigned by theDirector of the SC Program
