Sodexo is seeking a Starbucks Retail Manager 2 at Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno, NV. This is a high profile position in a fully licensed Starbucks store.
The Starbucks Retail Manager will direct all operations for the Starbucks location in the medical center. This strategic leader will be a dynamic team player with a strong background in managing teams and providing an exceptional customer experience.

The successful candidate will:
- manage all retail operations for the Starbucks location
- motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff and supervisors
- provide high-level service to customers
- oversee cash handing processes and POS programming and maintenance
- manage vendor relationships and compliance
- maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place
- coordinate department safety and sanitation
We are looking for candidates who have:
- management experience in the food service industry (restaurants, catering, hospitality, hotels, etc.)
- previous experience working in a high volume facility
- understanding of food safety and sanitation and experience enforcing
