What we look for:

4+ years of overall experience, with relevant&

recent 1-2 year full-stack product development&

experience with user-centric, data-driven applications, using

Node, React, Typescript, AWS

2+ years of leading (but still hands-on) or working with a team of engineers in a high-growth organization with evolving products

Proven ability to define technical requirements and system architecture with clarity on feasibility, time, cost and impact

Experience managing and configuring IT infrastructure in a cloud-based environment (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)

Experience with API development and integrations

Experience with frontend and backend development preferred

Ability to perform code reviews and review/approve system architecture and database structures

Startup experience in a fast-paced development environment preferred

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, design, and development of internal tools to enable seamless, data-driven clinical operations

Build clinician-facing and patient-facing tools to improve clinical care quality, efficiency, and user experience

Develop our data stack, building tools to scalably track, analyze, and report on key metrics to drive clinical and operational decisions

Manage API-based integrations for seamless data interoperability and communication between platforms
