Job Description: We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Associate with 1-2 years of experience in sales to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales strategy. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve revenue goals and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate is not afraid of doing the little things extremely well and is always striving to be 1% better every day. COVER LETTER A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify, research, and target potential clients through various channels, including social media, industry events, and networking.
- Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media to present our services, understand their needs, and schedule meetings.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities and timely follow-up.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize sales performance and meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in CRM software and Google Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
