Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Actively reach out to potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively promoting and selling State Farm insurance products.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of customer requirements to recommend appropriate coverage options.
Policy Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using State Farm's CRM systems.
Customer Support: Address policy inquiries and provide support for claims, billing, and coverage questions.
Community Involvement: Participate in local community events to foster a positive image and establish strong client relationships.
Requirements
Licensing: Must hold an active Washington State Insurance License or the willingness to obtain within 30 days.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service.
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
Customer-Centric: A strong service orientation and a proven ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
