Northcrest Nursing and Rehab located in Napolean, Ohio, is a Skilled Nursing Facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. We are currently seeking compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to join our amazing Day Shift team!



$4,000 Sign-On Bonus – 12 Hour Shifts – Day Shift

Responsibilities:





+ Assist residents with daily activities while maintaining their dignity and independence.



+ Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff.



+ Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.



+ Maintain cleanliness in residents' living spaces.





Qualifications:





+ Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio.



+ Previous experience in long-term care preferred.



+ Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving.



+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
