Stationary Engineer/Maintenance Mechanic
Pay range: $30 - $38/hour
Summary:
The candidate needs to be a self-starter. The candidate will for the most part be working alone. The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of three Pharma-type buildings. This is not a typical building maintenance position where the candidate would be doing all kinds of tasks for the tenants. The main number one job is keeping people cool in the summer and warm in the winter. They will also be working with various vendors like plumbers, electricians, water systems vendors, boiler inspector, etc..

Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Maintenance mechanic strong on the HVAC side with a minimum of a High Pressure Black Seal License.
- proficient in the preventative maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Pharma experience a big plus.
- Change filters, change out belts, grease bearings and motors, troubleshooting skills, experience with vacuum pumps and compressors is a plus, experience with R/O and DI water systems, is again a plus.
