Position Summary:
Potawatomi Training, LLC (a federal government contractor) is seeking a qualified Statistical Support Specialist who is responsible for compiling and verifying data at the CDP in support of CDP training programs, collecting data accountability for resident, non-resident and indirect/indirect academy classes and quality control/quality assurance in CTAS for those programs, data exports and uploads submitted using the Center for Domestic Preparedness Training Administration System (CTAS) FEMA First Responder Training website to be electronically delivered to the FEMA Registration & Evaluation System (RES). The Safety Administrator/Document Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining all contract specific controlled quality documents to ensure the correct version is accessible to all end users.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Collects data accountability for Resident, Non-Resident and Indirect/Indirect Academy training programs offered by CDP
• Record data from those classes maintained in logbooks from each of the three areas of the programs offered
• Responsible for review and verification of previously mentioned classes in CTAS to include maintaining quality assurance/quality control and edit as necessary
• Provide administrative/statistical and analytical data reports internally for CDP
• Prepare spreadsheets for distribution internally to support contractors/federal staff
• Prepare weekly statistical reports for distribution
• Responsible for generating statistical reports for states, jurisdictions as required
• Responsible for weekly exports, uploads and submissions of XML data files to the FEMA RES system. Also, minimal required troubleshooting files that failed the submission process.
• Prepares and submits Market Survey Analysis report
• Facilitates revisions of contract specific quality documents, to include plans, QMPs, SOPs and forms
• Makes most current version of quality documents available to end users
• Ensures obsolete documents are removed from use
• Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• High school graduate or GED equivalent required
• Must possess and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in training programs and program implementation
• Strong organizational skills
• Must possess and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in Microsoft Office programs
