Steel Erection Estimator - Gpac

An area AISC Certified Steel Erector is seeking a Steel Estimator to add to their growing team.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in the steel industry and familiarity with the AISC Standards.  Connections with major General Contractors in the Southeast is a plus.  This opportunity has the potential to become a Remote position.  Expectation would be first couple months ability to integrate and train (be on-site a couple days a week, compensation for travel and lodging).  After this period, fundamentally fully remote.

Steel Estimator Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of experience with an emphasis on structural steel
• Commercial Project experience
• Software experience Bluebeam, a plus

Steel Estimator Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills

Salary:  $100,000 - $120,000
