SUMMARY: The STEM Curriculum Architect will play a critical role in the development and enhancement of STEM educational content. This individual will work from home and collaborate closely with content experts, instructional designers, and visual designers to create high-quality, engaging curriculum materials. The architect will leverage their expertise in STEM subjects and instructional design principles to ensure the curriculum meets educational standards and fosters a strong foundation in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
The Curriculum Architect provides research methodology and instructional design support to the curriculum development teams. They will work closely with content experts, instructional designers, and visual designers in support of large-scale production of learning objects within the curriculum. The Curriculum Architect will leverage their technical and organizational skills and will directly contribute to the development of content for our curriculum.

- Design and develop STEM curriculum materials that adhere to evidence-based instructional design principles in grades K-12 with a concentration on 6-12 science and Math.
- Collaborate with content experts to create lesson modules and specifications for assets.
- Participate in the early blueprinting and prototyping phases of projects.
- Ensure that all curriculum materials are scientifically accurate and pedagogically sound for the target audience.
- Provide technical and instructional design support to the curriculum development teams.
- Utilize technical and organizational skills to contribute directly to the development of curriculum content.
- Ensure consistency and high quality across all curriculum materials.
- Adhere to the company's style guidelines and contribute to their development.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Proficiency in one or more STEM subjects.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in using instructional design software and tools.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Advanced degree in STEM fields or Education.
- Experience with large-scale production of learning objects.
- Familiarity with educational standards and best practices for STEM education.
- Previous experience working in a virtual or remote environment.

- This position is virtual and open to residents of the 50 states and Washington, D.C.
- This position is remote and open to residents of the 50 states, D.C. We anticipate the salary range to be $64,627.50 to $84,015.75. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
