Responsibilities

1. Graduate from PLACE Launch program.
2. Execute PLACE lead generation systems and track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology weekly.
3. Consult with buyers, secure signed agreements, and help identify homes.
4. Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers.
5. Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments.
6. Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls.
7. Consult with sellers to secure listings, market properties effectively, and demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services.

Qualifications

You are a highly motivated sales professional with a competitive edge. Skilled in building strong rapport, listening to clients’ needs, and identifying solutions, you excel in prospecting and lead generation.
