Godiya Home Care, a flourishing Home Health Care agency, with headquarters located in Bedford Heights, OH, is seeking for qualified and trained STNAs and/or Home Health Aides for immediate employment.
Responsibility: Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services provide care to assigned clients according to the client's plan of care. The Caregiver -STNA, CNA, Nursing Assistant, CNA-Nusre Assistant has the following job descriptions:
Performs or assists the client with personal hygiene including bathing, hair care, dressing, shaving, oral care, etc.
To assist client with positioning, transfers, ambulation, and exercises.
Performs or assists client with incontinent care including use of bedpan, perineal care, catheter care, and recording intake and output.
Assists clients with medications which are normally self-administered.
Performs household tasks related to client's medical needs including bed linen changes, laundry, light housekeeping (where client spends most of his time), shopping, errands, and other duties as assigned.
Takes and records temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and weight.
Maintains timely records of home visits.
Attends appropriate education meetings.
Performs other related functions as required.
