Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Storeroom Clerk to report any discrepancies of parts and arrange jobs for production in accordance with WCM procedures. Will print work orders and pick materials on a FIFO basis from the stockroom/warehouse for operations. Will track late purchase orders and will help production pull material when needed. Will record all transactions in the in/out log. The role will have the authority to prepare jobs to go to the production floor. Requires effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Observe all company safety guidelines and report any hazards.
2. Cooperate with supervisors and other employees.
3. Report any discrepancies of parts (quantity and quality) to supervisor.
4. Kit jobs in a timely manner to support Production.
5. Print work order picking lists from Sage.
6. Pick materials on a FIFO basis from the stockroom/warehouse for kitting operations.
7. Prep materials as required, including cutting and stripping wire, soldering, assembling, per WCM procedures.
8. Track late purchase orders.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Prefer 1year of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to work in a stockroom environment.

Basic reading and math skills.

Basic Microsoft Office software skills.

Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and people skills.

Hourly Range: $17.00-$21.29
