About the Job
Stone Mountain Toyota is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dealership, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Respond to inquiries from customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Manage the dealership's general email inbox
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the dealership
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
