- Experience managing the architecture (the servers providing cpu, ram, disk, network, etc.).
- Experience with scripting languages (any but examples are bash, PowerShell, etc.)
- Ability to perform trace log reviews
- Possesses a troubleshooting and diagnostic skillset
- Understanding how hardware works (I/O, network, etc.) but not necessarily hands on hardware
- Basic understanding of network systems /set ups
- Distributed environment experience
