Job Responsibilities:
- Provides customer service leadership and direction, in conjunction with the General Manager or Branded Foods Restaurant Manager, for the entire store and team of employees working in that location.
- Trains, schedules, and coaches all new and current store associates to ensure store positions are staffed to appropriately handle customer service needs.
- Works in tandem with the manager of the store to ensure leadership is available to customers and employees at all times.
Qualifications:
- Valid New York State Driver's License.
- Open Availability.
- Relocatable, 45 minutes in one direction.
