Store Associate at Sparks Group

Job Summary/Company:

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with problems or concerns.
• Process customer purchases.
• Perform general cleaning duties.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly to maximize visibility and sales.
• Return misplaced items to shelves.
• Perform daily work assignments in a timely and effective manner.
• Participate in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines.
• Execute Curbside pickup orders and customer handoffs.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• At least 18 years old and a high school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year work experience in a retail or grocery environment
• Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
• Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; ability to place product, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights.
