Hybrid Schedule - typically Monday, Thursday, Friday Remote / Tuesday, Wednesday in the office (Marlborough 300 Campus)
Summary:
Coordinates various projects with new and existing business concepts as it relates to Store Design & Development. This would include “total store design” (décor finishes and layout), fixture design and development, new “department” concepts, graphics/signage design and implementation, as well as exterior storefront design. Provides guidance and suggestions to resource, research, and spec new vendors as it relates to materials, trends, products and new technologies in the design field.
You will do
Creates and designs various new project/concepts for the Brands, as well as new retail concepts.
Is involved in many aspects of design as it relates to Store Development.
Selects colors, materials, and finishes to appropriately convey the design concept.
Partners with Store Design Manager on the selection and specification of fixtures and furniture.
Works with outside design firms to create new ideas and recommends decisions on design direction.
Creates preliminary space plans and renderings for new store concepts.
Supports Store Design Manager on coordinating presentations to different levels of Management.
Key Requirements for this role:
Strong Interpersonal skills, presentation skills, ability to present to some levels of management.
Knowledge of finishes/design materials
Multi-task and time management skills
Revit and/or AutoCAD, Enscape, perspective and rendering skills
Photoshop/Illustrator/In Design
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
