Job Title: Store Manager

Position Purpose: Store Managers (SMs) are accountable for leading profitable operations of their store, focusing on customer service, in-stock levels, and store appearance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate store team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability.
• Oversee store merchandising and visual presentation standards.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and training for staff.
