We are looking for Managers that are Customer Service Oriented, Energetic, Reliable, Trustworthy, Goal Driven, Problem Solving, and are able to build teams and that can lead by example. Brew Oil is always looking to the future in ways to grow.
Work Schedule:
Salary Managers work schedule is primarily Mon-Friday 5AM to 2PM but must have open availability and be able to cover shifts as needed. Salary Manager must maintain a minimum of at least 45 hours a week.
The managers are required to work any hours that the store may need due to staffing needs, including weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Troubleshoot immediate problems as they may occur.
*Effectively manages the store employees in a professional manner.
*Building and posting team work schedules according to the business perimeters needed.
*Reviewing that all duties are being performed
*Delegate daily task duties that will keep the store maintained and functional and looking great.
*Fills in on a shift when needed (above and beyond their own shifts)
*Manage store inventory and delivery functions with various vendors including checking in invoices on a daily basis.
*Maintains a good, clean, friendly environment for employees and customers
*Manages with cost effectiveness
*Effectively training of all new hires
*Reports all concerns and incidents with formal documentation to the store supervisor
*Properly completes all shift and daily paperwork
*Performs price checks and works hand in hand with our pricebook team
*Manages invoices and paperwork (submitted on time)
*Maintains an appropriate working relationship with other associates and supervisors
*Maintains the profitability of the store
*Protect company assets and reputation
*Follows company policies and procedures
*Maintains open communications with vendors and sales reps and staying involved in what is coming in and out of location.
*Maintaining walk-in cooler (keeping clean and organized and regulating stock as needed.
*Development and training of all team members in the Brew ways.
*Observe and evaluate each employee's job performance against mission critical goals
*Comply with company programs, policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
*Able to lift up to at least 30 pounds.
*Able to stand on their feet for up to 12 hours and work in a cold/hot environment if needed.
*Connect with the community to establish positive relationships, development and store success

Requirements:
*Reliable transportation.
*Successful completion for testing of Tobacco and Alcohol (provided when hired)
*Experience supervising others is preferred
*Experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation helpful
*Strong leadership skills
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Strong team building skills
*Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate verbally to both large and small groups of employees
