Job Title: Job Training Specialist

Location: Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington, Monroe, WA

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement job training programs for diverse populations.
• Conduct assessments to identify individual training needs.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to participants.
• Collaborate with local employers to create job placement opportunities.
• Track participant progress and report outcomes to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience in job training or workforce development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
