Stormwater Construction Laborer - Apex Companies, LLC

• Perform repairs and construction on vital stormwater infrastructure, underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins throughout the central states.
• Utilize hand-held tools, power tools, and heavy construction equipment, including skid loaders, excavators, and dozers.

• Education: GED, High School Diploma, or equivalent experience
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in construction
• Travel: Willing to travel Monday through Friday, with 85% travel expected
• Driving: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Expertise: Experience with the repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping, and detention/retention basins is a plus
• Skills: Competent in operating construction equipment, power tools, and concrete hand tools. Basic understanding of plans and specs, and knowledge of stormwater, sediment, and erosion control
• Safety and Compliance: Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and familiarity with DOT requirements for pickups and equipment trailers
