Position Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Strategic Account Executive to join our sales team, focusing on the Northwest region. This role will be key to driving the adoption of our Lazarus product by acquiring new clients, specifically within healthcare organizations. You will work closely with the VP of Sales to develop sales strategies, nurture client relationships, and meet revenue targets.
What You'll Do:
- Strategically identify and engage with potential clients, focusing on hospitals, healthcare systems, and healthcare staffing organizations across the West Coast.
- Drive revenue, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation to closing.
- Work closely with prospects to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored demonstrations and solutions with our Lazarus product.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery for clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, using this insight to inform your sales strategy.
- Represent Veritas Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Report sales metrics, progress, and challenges to senior leadership on a regular basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Have:
- 5-7 years of Enterprise Sales experience, within Healthcare or Tech industries.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a complex, consultative selling environment.
- Strong customer focus, complemented by interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with key decision makers.
- Experience with selling SaaS, AI/ML solutions, or recruitment services.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
- Experience working with Healthcare Facilities, Recruiting, and AI Software sales.
- Familiarity with AI-driven products or enterprise software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
