Strategic Account and Partner Director

As a Strategic Account and Partner Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing identified strategic relationships. Your focus will be primarily on B2B2B relationships where partners (sometimes customers) are also channel partners. Many of these groups are large, matrixed healthcare channel organizations (distributors, GPOs), and some are more focused in narrow, but critical, areas (PSAOs, GPOs, MSOs). 

You will help to identify, cultivate, and manage these partnerships, maximizing mutual value, handling strategic discussions, creating roadmaps to align focus, and handling day-to-day activities. Through your expertise in negotiation, relationship building, and strategic thinking, you will help create collaborative opportunities that enhance our market position and achieve our long-term objectives. With a "no job is too small" attitude, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, from day-to-day tasks to handling strategic initiatives with the Executive Leadership Team.

 What You Will Do: 

• Create engagement norms with identified partners, assess their alignment with our organizational goals, and evaluate the benefits of forming partnerships
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that leverage partnerships to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and enhance our solution offerings
• Create organization maps to identify and manage relationships and enable the broader organization to understand decision makers, key efforts, and points of mutual value
• Serve as an escalation point on key issues
• Create and manage governance plans with partners based on agreement terms and success KPIs
• Own targeted growth APIs for Annexus Health
• Coordinate with other Annexus Health leaders, partners, executives, sales team and accounts team on customer and market engagement
• Quarterback each relationship with the purpose of executing priorities tied directly to company OKRs

About You: 

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required: a master's degree or MBA is a plus
• 12+ years experience
• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles, with a track record of successfully establishing and maintaining strategic alliances
• Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to create win-win scenarios in complex partnerships
• Strong strategic thinking abilities, including the capacity to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for collaboration
• Healthcare depth and experience, with ability to build trust in different environments and cultures
• Demonstrated ability to navigate large complex organizations with examples where you were able to "stay 3 steps in front" of partners.
