Job DescriptionThe Strategic Analyst is responsible for managing the strategic planning process across all Correct Craft entities. This role also serves as the Project Manager for Merger and Acquisition (M&A) activity, as well as ad hoc project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, influence based leadership, and a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.
The expected travel commitment for this role is 50 – 60% depending on business needs.
QualificationsKey Responsbilities:
- Collaborates with leadership teams across all entities to develop, modify and execute long range strategic goals according to the established Correct Craft process.
- Assists leadership teams in analyzing and interpreting complex data, market trends, internal processes and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Lead and manage all phases of M&A projects, including due diligence, transaction execution and post-merger integration.
- Work closely with all stakeholders in M&A process to identify areas of risk, maintain timelines and project milestones, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Continuously improve the strategic planning and M&A process through refinement of project management tools, templates and best practices to drive process efficiency and future success.
- Excel at building relationships with stakeholders at every level of the organization to drive organizational success and company culture.
- Serve as Project Manager for ad hoc company projects as requested.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Analytical mindset and problem solving skills with a focus on finding creative solutions.
- Ability to make sound judgments and take the initiative to make decisions and deliver results within the functional area of responsibility with minimal direct supervision.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage cross functional relationships.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Advanced technical ability in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar is required.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar is required.
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- PMP or similar certification is preferred.
