Strategic Communications (TS/SCI w Full Scope Poly required) - Eleccion LLC

OVERVIEW:

Eleccion is seeking a self-motivated, creative individual to serve as a Communications Officer in a client Front Office. The Communications Officer is responsible for developing communications products in support of a customer Front Office staff. The Communications Officer will work with the customer front office team, other members of the contract team, and other elements of the customer office to develop communications products in multiple formats, including web content, to ensure regular and transparent communications for the group’s dispersed personnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop employee communications content that supports the overall communications strategy and reflect key messaging;
• Find and develop stories that publicize employees, innovation, and relevant programs and help play a key role in helping to shape the corporate culture and vision;
• Proactively engage with group personnel to understand communications requirement and plans;
• Write and publish content across the range of internal communication channels;
• Develop employee newsletters and other communications - sourcing and writing content which is relevant, accurate and engaging;
• Provide support to virtual and in-person employee events;
• Develop multiple communication vehicles, including but not limited to: newsletters, presentations, talking points, digital content, letters, brochures, training materials, and video scripts;
• Proactively seek opportunities and solicit feedback from team members to enhance programs, events, and communication;
• Write and/or proofread all communication distributed to team members;
• Ensure all editorial content utilizes correct grammar, spelling, punctuation and organizational style.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance with full scope polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience or 4 additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree and 9 years of communications experience, preferably at least two (2) years writing/producing internal communications content.
• Must have superb written communication skills.
• Must have ability to work in a fast-paced and high-performance environment.
• Must have an adaptable work style and be comfortable interacting with all levels of officers and all communication styles.
• Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to develop and generate content for meetings, briefings, documents, blogs, and/or websites.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

All candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance with a Full-Scope Polygraph.
