The Strategic Insight & Analytics co -ops are responsible for supporting automated performance dashboards, m anagement reports and execution of ad hoc analyses across the J ohnson and Johnson Neuroscience P ortfolio of products. This position will support the Neuroscience sales and marketing as well as the Strategic Insights & Analytics teams through the accurate and timely synthesis and delivery of multiple secondary dat a . Additionally, this position will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the data through collaborations (with internal and external partners), data investigations, and adherence to strict Q uality C ontrol ( QC ) processes.

The Strategic Insight & Analytics Co-op position is available at Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson located in Titusville, New Jersey.

The Co-op Program is a six-month program focused on providing college students with an immersive and practical business experience. It allows students to develop leadership, technical, and communication skills as well as broaden their understanding of the concepts learned in the classroom by implementing them with the Johnson & Johnson data analytics team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze secondary data sources to address and answer specific business questions and problems as they arise (ad hoc analysis)

• Create, refresh, p rocess and analyze performance trends through automated dashboards

• Collaborate with key internal and external partners on national and subnational reporting data results ( deliverables )

• Leverage extensive data to conduct analyses that offer key insights and address critical business questions, driving strategic decisions.

• Support market research projects as needed

Qualifications:

In order to be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:

• Legally authorized to work in the US and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (ex. H1-B, F-1).

• Currently pursuing a university degree, completing minimum undergraduate sophomore year prior to internship or co-op start date.

• Availability to work on site if the position requires it.

• Availability to work full time (40 h/w) for the entire co-op or internship.

• Having a graduation date after the contract end date.

• Analytical mindset and comfort using large amounts of data to drive insights is required

• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint) is required

• Experience utilizing dashboards and data visualization software (Tableau and/or Dataiku) is preferred but not required

• Open-mindedness, autonomy and w illing ness to improve analytic al skills and draw strategic insights is required

The anticipated base pay for Business for this position is Sophomore $22-00 / hr , Junior $23 .00 / hr , Senior $24 .00 / hr , Master's degree $30 .00 /hr.

The anticipated base pay for technical for this position is Sophomore $25.00/ hr , Junior $26.00/ hr , Senior $28.00/ hr , Master's degree $33/hr.

Co-Ops/Interns may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, and holiday pay in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
