ABOUT THE ROLE
REPAY's Strategic Partnership Executive (Channel Manager) is a high-energy and persistent individual who plays an integral role within our Sales team. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing our channel partnerships with ISV (Independent Software Vendor) partners. The ideal candidate is a team player, self-motivated, a strong relationship builder, a quick learner, and a trusted advisor to our Partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify and develop new ISV Partner business opportunities while maintaining in-depth knowledge of REPAY's payment solutions, channels, and pricing.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with ISV partners to drive mutual growth and success.
· Oversee the assignment of sales engineers for integration projects and manage the overall product deployment process within partners.
· Meet or exceed monthly partner sales objectives set by the Senior Vice President of Consumer Finance.
· Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute Partner outreach campaigns.
· Manage and report monthly on product implementation timelines, lead generation, and merchant penetration to the SVP of Consumer Finance.
· Represent REPAY at industry-relevant conferences and events three to four times annually to promote partnerships and gather industry insights.
· Participate in ongoing product, policy, and company training to ensure up-to-date knowledge and skills.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Vice President of Consumer Finance.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
· 3+ years of channel sales experience in the payments processing industry with a proven track record of success.
· Prior experience in B2B solutions-based sales and new business development.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive successful partnerships.
· Excellent communication and telephone presentation skills are essential.
· Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (e.g., Salesforce).
· Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
· Ability to travel up to 20% to meet with partners and attend industry events.
