Job Summary
The Sr. Analyst, Strategy & Planning will have the opportunity to work on highly visible, cross-functional projects that shape the technology and product strategy for the Company. As a key contributor to the TPX Strategy and Planning team, the Sr. Analyst will help execute on projects and tasks within the business that directly influence Comcast’s product, network, and software investment priorities and business outcomes. On a day-to-day basis, the Sr. Analyst will be responsible for research, environmental scanning, in-depth analysis, business case support and developing recommendations that influence executive decision-making. Core Responsibilities
- Performs business case analysis, organizational analysis and other analysis related to strategic planning and relays the strategy implications in simple terms.
- Analyzes performance against goals and consolidates information for business updates to executive stakeholders.
- Conducts independent market/industry research to provide insights on trends and developments impacting the business.
- Develops and recommends strategy changes and future strategies based on research findings.
- Presents strategic analysis and insights to a variety of business stakeholders across the organization.
- Coordinates with project teams across the business and provides knowledge and skills in the areas of strategy, planning and analysis.
- Creates and maintains reporting systems and databases.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
