Open up opportunities with HPE.Job Description:The Strategic Programs Leader, Office of the CIO reports directly to the Vice President of the Office of the CIO and is responsible for the continuous improvement, transformation, and successful delivery of complex IT programs, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and business objectives
The ideal leader will bring extensive expertise in program management, leadership in technology-driven initiatives, and a strong focus on risk management, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement
The Strategic Programs Leader, Office of the CIO will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead program governance, and implement best practices in line with HPE and Project Management Institute (PMI) standards to support HPE’s continued evolution to be the premier edge to cloud provider.Responsibilities: Drives alignment of strategy, prioritization, and execution for large cross functional programs to achieve executive sponsors’ vision of an end state transformation and mitigates critical risksManages global transformational program and project budgets, meeting or exceeding approved budgetsOwns financial planning and governance of program budgets and delivers accurate financial forecasts to senior managementManages complex multi-function and global relationships with senior and executive managementLeads internal and external resources with a team size generally greater than 60 peopleMediates critical escalations that has significant impact to program health and drives consensus across the organization on difficult topicsAs a senior leader, responsible for ongoing mentorship and development for individuals across the organizationEducation and Experience Required: First Level University degree
