DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Drive the workforce, talent, vendor, and risk management agenda for JPMC's Employee Platforms organization. Create standard processes across the organization to ensure talent is being recognized. Review vendor strategies with product owners to identify productivity opportunities. Review workforce and vendor management reports and analyses to drive strategy and support decision-making from the leadership team. Drive people development initiatives to improve talent retention. Drive consistent monthly reviews, ensuring alignment of business strategy and delivery. Partner with product managers, vendor management, human resources, finance, and business management functions to analyze and report against supplier engagements, manage workforce metrics, and ensure adequate and consistent best practices are in place and working. Drive collaboration and dynamic management capabilities across operations, engineering, and lines of business teams to ensure firm metrics and actions are aligned to the strategy. Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies and continually enhance reporting capabilities by utilizing industry-standard toolsets, process automation, and excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Strategy & Business Services, Technology Operations, Treasury and Financial Planning Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Strategy & Business Services, Technology Operations, Treasury and Financial Planning Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Management Information Systems (MIS), analytics, finance, and management consulting; Technology product operating model; workforce metrics; talent management; inter-affiliate services; vendor management; risk and control landscape, including third-party risks, and ensuring company-wide standards are met; turning data into actionable insights and recommendations; reporting using Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint, including the health of business operations and facilitating informed decision-making through comprehensive analysis; providing business consulting, and advisory services with a focus on operational efficiency to drive continuous improvement initiatives; project management methodologies in order to plan, execute, and monitor strategic initiatives; evaluating organizational leverage, span of control, attrition, layers, location strategy, and stovepipe for financial organizations; Setting strategic objectives and establishing benchmarks for performance and progress tracking; Organizational structure and governance; resource allocations and investment priorities, including allocating financial and human resources to support strategic initiatives and achieve organizational priorities.
Job Location: 8181 Communications Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024. This position requires up to 10% domestic travel. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
