Job Position Highlights:

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: (15% on-site, 85% remote)
Location, if applicable: National Capital Region, with potential on-site work at the Pentagon or other Government facilities
Type of Employment Accepted: Full-time
Employment Model: W2 or 1099
Work Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
Position Overview
BizFirst is supporting our client in the search for full-time, permanent Strategy & Change Management Analysts. As a Strategy & Change Management Analyst, you will support organizational transformation initiatives and collaborate closely with clients to develop strategies, manage change processes, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in supporting SAP S/4HANA integration and transformation initiatives. The specific responsibilities will vary by level, with Journeyman-level analysts taking on more advanced tasks and Junior-level analysts focusing on foundational support activities.
Our client is a boutique consulting firm that employs consultants and professionals with unique skill sets to support the federal government with strategic execution, financial process enablement, IT systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support change management and strategic initiatives, particularly in the context of SAP S/4HANA integration.
- Engage in tasks related to developing strategies, analyzing organizational processes, and implementing change management solutions with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and ERP system transformation.
- Participate in designing and executing strategies that contribute to overall business objectives and ERP system goals, with an emphasis on managing the transition to SAP S/4HANA.
Responsibilities
General Responsibilities (Applicable to All Levels):
- Support change management and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, SAP S/4HANA integration, and compliance with government standards.
- Analyze and document organizational processes, change management requirements, and strategies, particularly related to SAP S/4HANA implementation, to optimize performance.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with overall strategic goals and ERP system integration efforts.
Level-Specific Responsibilities:
- Journeyman Level (Strategy & Change Management Journeyman Analyst):
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation initiatives, especially SAP S/4HANA integration.
- Facilitate workshops and sessions with stakeholders to gather information, identify needs, and develop change management plans for SAP S/4HANA projects.
- Assist in the design and execution of strategic initiatives providing expertise in change management processes and SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Collaborate with clients at the branch head level to ensure alignment and adoption of change management solutions for SAP S/4HANA initiatives.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA-related change initiatives.
- Junior Level (Strategy & Change Management Junior Analyst):
- Provide support for SAP S/4HANA integration and change management tasks, including data analysis, documentation, and preparation of reports.
- Assist senior team members in gathering requirements, preparing change management plans, and implementing strategies related to SAP S/4HANA.
- Coordinate with clients at a working level, performing administrative tasks related to SAP S/4HANA integration, change management, and strategic initiatives.
- Learn and adapt to change management methodologies and tools, particularly in the context of SAP S/4HANA integration, to support overall project objectives.
Qualifications
Strategy & Change Management Journeyman Analyst Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience in change management, strategic planning, SAP S/4HANA, or related fields.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Management, or a related field (Additional 2 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement).
- Skills:
- Intermediate understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration, change management methodologies, strategic planning, and process improvement.
- Experience in facilitating workshops, developing SAP S/4HANA change management plans, and implementing strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with clients at the branch head level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategy & Change Management Junior Analyst Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience in change management, strategic planning, SAP S/4HANA, or related fields.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Management, or a related field (Additional 2 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement).
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA and change management processes, and strategic planning principles.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to SAP S/4HANA and change management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to support senior staff in documentation, report preparation, and SAP S/4HANA-related change management activities.
- Effective communication skills to work with clients at a working level.
