Key Responsibilities: + Specialized Expertise: Bring expertise in areas such as Corporate Strategy/M&A, Transformation, Digital/Data and AI, Cost and Productivity, with a focus on Aftermarket, Front Office, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations. + Strategic Vision: Craft strategies and plans that support clients in realizing their vision, navigating competitive landscapes, and creating shareholder value. + Industry and Functional Insight: Demonstrate a deep understanding of industrial and automotive industry fundamentals, market dynamics, company operations, and key financial metrics. + Innovative Solutions: Formulate solutions for complex problems using a fact-based, hypothesis-driven approach, leveraging industry knowledge and functional expertise. + Collaborative Leadership: Lead focused strategy work and larger-scale cross-functional engagements, collaborating directly with and managing client teams. + Digital Transformation: Apply the latest digital technologies and approaches to drive sustainable value for clients. + C-Level Relationships: Establish strong credibility and cultivate relationships at the C-level through exceptional outcomes, effective communication, persuasive narratives, and collaborative teamwork. + Global Network Collaboration: Navigate the global Accenture network effectively, leveraging expertise to generate valuable executive insights and contribute to client business development. Education: Bachelor's Degree required, MBA from a leading program preferred. Requirements: + Minimum of 5 years of experience with the following: + Consulting or corporate strategy, with a preferred focus on the Industrial and Automotive sectors. + Presentation Skills: Proficient in delivering formal presentations and communications to senior executives. + Analytical Thinking: Exhibit intellectual curiosity, strong analytical skills, and a knack for conceptual thinking. + Time Management: Excellent time management abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines consistently. + Team Development: Foster teamwork and enhance team performance through excellent people development skills. + Communication: Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats, clearly conveying ideas and results across all organizational levels. + Initiative: Showcase drive, ambition, and initiative to contribute to Accenture's business growth at both the functional and industry levels.
