The City of Littleton is looking for a Streets Operations Manager who will be responsible for the Streets Maintenance Division within the Public Works Department. This responsibility includes the construction, repair, and maintenance of city streets including snow/ice removal operations.
The Streets Operations Manager plays an integral role in defining, developing, and aligning strategic objectives for the Streets Division within the Public Works Department. This position develops and refines service levels to include delivery of programs and routine services as well as assisting with employee development, progression, and succession plans.
The ideal candidate has breadth of Public Works experience including street maintenance and/or traffic operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for team building and establishing strong working relationships at all levels.

Hiring pay range $110,390 - $122,000 per year
This full-time position is exempt per FLSA and is not eligible for overtime compensation.
Work Schedule: This is a full-time position. Snow and Ice control responsibility is often a consecutive 24 hour or more function, requiring the ability to be available with varying shifts, to be on-call and report for duty at different times, including nights and weekends as needed during inclement weather.
