Job Title: Junior Project Manager – Commercial Structural Concrete Construction

Location: DC and Maryland Markets
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join a stable and growing commercial structural concrete construction company operating in the DC and Maryland markets. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing all phases of commercial structural concrete projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Work closely with senior project managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth project flow.
• Monitor project progress, track expenses, and prepare regular status reports.
• Participate in client meetings, providing updates and addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in commercial construction, preferably in structural concrete.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
