Structural Drafter/Project Manager - Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Drafter/Project Manager position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture strongly preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of structural drafting and project management experience in residential design
• Expertise in AutoCAD 2025 and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• In-depth knowledge of structural elements, including statics, strength of materials, and integration of these elements into cohesive designs
• Strong understanding of materials and methods related to residential construction
• Ability to create detailed zoning, design, and construction documents for residential projects
• Proven experience in client relationship management and collaborative, team-based work environments
• Proficiency in Rhino, 3D Modeling, Photoshop, or other engineering programs preferred

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
