STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
- DIRECT HIRE
- Position: Full-time
- Location: ON SITE in Cleveland, GA
- Pay: $100k to $120k (Commensurate with experience)
- Work Hours: A 40-hour work week with flexible work hours that include the traditional 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday schedule or an option to work a 4/10 work schedule Monday to Thursday or a 4/9 work schedule Monday to Thursday with a ½ day on Friday

Job description
- Our outstanding client is currently seeking a Structural Engineer to join our growing structural engineering firm in beautiful Northeast Georgia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform structural analysis of simple and complex structures.
- Prepare calculations, design drawings, letters and other engineering documents
- Perform inspections to ensure structures are built in general conformance with the contract documents
- Investigate structural failures and damages caused by tornados, hurricanes, vehicular impacts, fire, flood, etc.
Education Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience Requirements
- Candidate should be able to do drafting and analysis as well.
- 3D RISA and AutoCAD and Revit experience
- Residential AND commercial design experience highly preferred.
- Seeking a candidate that is looking for a long term position.
- Ability to climb high levels - such as roofs - as needed
