Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth structural calculations, ensuring compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for the creation of detailed and precise structural drawings.
- Review and interpret architectural and construction plans to ensure structural soundness.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality.
- Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and clients, effectively communicating project details.
- Prepare engineering reports, proposals, and comprehensive project documentation.
- Keep the team updated on the latest advancements and trends in structural engineering.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas.
- Extensive experience in AutoCAD and Revit for structural design and drafting.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with meticulous attention to detail.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Demonstrated expertise in structural engineering, with a track record of successful projects.
