Use your skills and experience for the following:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop comprehensive structural designs and construction documents.
- Perform structural calculations and analyses for client approvals and permitting.
- Ensure structural integrity through expert construction administration tasks, including reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs (Requests for Information), and conducting site observations.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up to date on building codes and construction best practices.
We're looking for a talented and passionate structural engineer with:
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering with a focus on Structures.
- 5+ years of experience designing hospitality, educational, and commercial structures.
- Proven ability to analyze and design steel and reinforced concrete buildings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and building codes.
Bonus points for:
- PE license
- Masters degree
- Experience with Revit and hotel design
- Experience with post-tensioned concrete structures, multi-story buildings, and RAM Structural System
